Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra)
Yogic sleep is an accessible guided meditation practice that helps cultivate a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
It can be done at any time but I prefer doing Yoga Nidra early afternoon when I start having that afternoon slump.
It will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
In this track, I have used music with alpha waves to leave you grounded and relaxed. To optimise the effect of this meditation, stereo headphones are required.
