We use props such as belts and bricks in a Yoga practice for better alignment whilst in a pose, to easily get in and out of the pose, for mindful a practice and for restoration.
This introduction video can be used as a reference on how to use props to make the most of your practice. Feel free to pause at any time to practice the different poses and see how it feels in your own body.
